the voice in my head

that voice inside your head. that voice we hear, that dictates ur, control us. Recently i have watched a movie and read a book dealing with the inner voice inside. In these sources they expklain the inside as ego and a voice that has been there for so long that we beleive it to be us. it dictates us, when we're talking to another person, it creates our experiences. This voice is a seperate part of us, the part that isnt listening in a conversation. the voice that pretends and falls into this role playing when speaking to another human, only kinda being there while our ego driftts.
